You are a leader. Whether you are called to the priesthood, ministry leadership, parenting, or are an employee of a parish or business, you are a missionary disciple who uses your influence to lead people into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastors, pastoral teams, and councils of each parish collaborative can improve their management and leadership skills to bring about a Catholic community that strengthens the Central Ministries of the Archdiocese and strengthens all pastoral youth and adult faith formation programs.
Now is the time to invest in yourself to develop your leadership and make the commitment of time and resources to advance your leadership. Receive wisdom and guidance from leaders that have come before you and learn to advance your role as a true leader.
The Global Leadership Summit—the premier leadership event of the year—brings you a two-day catalytic experience of rich learning, new ideas, fresh perspective, and inspiring stories from leading experts spanning a wide range of fields and background.

What did prior participants experience at a GLS summit?
“Participation in the Global Leadership Summit has encouraged me to grow personally, as a parish leader and as an influencer in the various roles and responsibilities in my life. World-class speakers offer inspiration as well as insightful and practical approaches to a wide variety of topics useful to leaders in ministry, education, social services, business and family. You will come away with tools you can readily apply to your own situation.” –Fr. Bob Deehan, VF and Pastor, Holy Family Duxbury
“The Global Leadership event was very helpful to me. I never received any training in becoming a leader, only on how to be a priest. The presentations I watched brought the idea of being a leader into day to day language and made it all clear and attractive. I find myself using their concepts and approach on a regular basis. I would encourage anyone preparing for the priesthood to take full advantage of all of the training offered by Global Leadership. God bless.” — Father Joe Raeke, Pastor of Mary Queen of Martyrs Parish, Plymouth, MA.
“I have been participating in GLS for two years. I have done the Summit in the Summer and some of the events through the year. It has broadened my understanding of leadership, helped me develop my own personal and professional leadership in many ways. I feel as though the variety of faculty at the Summit has given me the best of both worlds, by stretching and challenging my faith based leadership in the big picture as well as provided very specific and practical tips and tricks in areas like time management and setting boundaries. Through GLS I have found valuable podcasts and authors for my own leadership development which have caused me to continue to grow each month!” –Ms. Jeanne Cregan, Holy Family, Duxbury
